Paul washer dating advice part 1 blackdatingsites
Without holiness in our personal lives, other men won't see the Lord. Thus, we become a root of bitterness to those around us.Romans 11:6 silences the supporters and teachers of Lordship Salvation, And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. How dare we, all these stupid evangelists walking around telling men after they've made some little prayer that they need to write their name in the back of their Bible, and put the date and if the Devil ever comes to them, they need to show him that. Paul Washer is a dangerous religious teacher, who has corrupted the gospel of Jesus Christ (2nd Corinthians 11:3-4). Galatians 1:6, I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel. That is Roman superstition, it is not the gospel of Jesus Christ. The truth is that Ray Comfort, Paul Washer, John Mac Arthur, Pat Robertson, Kirk Cameron and countless other false prophets like them (who teach the damnable heresy of Lordship Salvation) are getting angry that independent fundamentalist Baptists are exposing them!!! His message is subtle, identical to the heresy of Ray Comfort, Kirk Cameron and John Mac Arthur; but they all in essence teach the same thing Lordship Salvation. He says, "the evidence that you have truly repented and believed unto salvation is that you will continue repenting" [emphasis added]. Obviously, Washer understands repentance to mean pursuing holiness, amending one's ways and doing better. These things are the RESULTS of genuine repentance.
Paul Washer, as do Ray Comfort, Kirk Cameron, John Macarthur, and others, wrongly define repentance as a continuing change of life, i.e., a process. Biblical repentance is NOT something that continues; but rather, occurs once at the time of salvation. A changed life is the fruit of genuine repentance; not a part of saving-faith, nor a requirement to seal one's salvation.
We talk about the Germans of the 20th centuries that brought on their higher criticism.
It is not near as dangerous as conservative Baptists with their gospel reductionism. No, it's Paul Washer who is the fool, spewing his anger against Baptists for preaching the truth.
Just as a babe in the womb has absolutely no control over it's birth, neither does a sinner have any control over God's salvation.
The moment we believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, we have done what God requires for salvation. One's salvation is based upon Christ's imputed righteousness; and not upon our own self-righteousness in any way. The Gospel is not a call to repentance, or to amendment of our ways, to make restitution for past sins, or to promise to do better in the future.
If only most of the Americans had been told that, they would not be resting in false security today.
